Tappings
Tappings are available with threaded or flanged outlets for a fast and sustainable solution to the expansion and maintenance of piping networks.
Our tappings are suitable for under pressure drilling which is the fastest and most efficient way of expanding a piping network. We have different types of products available in stainless steel AISI 304, AISI316 and coated steel. All our tappings are available with EPDM, EPDM-150°C, NBR and FKM gaskets.
One-part tapping clamps are clamps with a threaded (male or female) outlet. These types of clamps are used on pipes with a diameter of 38 mm or lager. See specification sheet for more information.
Two-part tapping clamps are clamps with a threaded (male or female) outlet. These types of clamps are used on pipes with a diameter of 90 mm or lager. See specification sheet for more information.
Tapping tees are two-part clamps with a flanged outlet, perfectly applicable for under pressure drilling. Tapping tees can be used on pipes with a diameter of 90mm or lager. See specification sheet for more information.
Reinforced tapping tees with thicker sheet metal plates and carriage bolts for a rigid construction and under pressure drilling on big pipe diameters with high pressure. These products have no range deviation and are therefore engineered to customer specifications.
Tapping saddles are two-part clamps with a lightweight construction and a threaded (male or female) outlet. These types of clamps are used on pipes with a diameter of 90 mm or lager.
